If there is a shipping discrepancy and you receive something different from what your order receipt confirms you ordered then please use the contact form on this website to notify us and we will ship you your correct order at our expense.

Every order that leaves our warehouse meets our quality standards. If the bag or box was damaged while in transit, we ask that you use the contact form on this website to notify us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order if the item(s) were damaged.
